1. General Terms
•    The terms "we", "us", "our", or “Bhojdeal” refer to Volenath Group Pvt. Ltd., the owner and operator of Bhojdeal.com.
•    The terms "you", "user", or "customer" refer to anyone accessing or using the platform.
•    By placing an order through our website, app, phone, or any other medium such as Viber or Messenger, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering and Confirmation
•    Orders are subject to product availability, delivery capability, and acceptance by Bhojdeal or the Partner Restaurant.
•    You will receive a confirmation via Call, SMS or email once your order is successfully placed.
•    Bhojdeal may decline or cancel any order without prior notice in case of operational, inventory, or technical issues.

3. Delivery Responsibility
•    If the order is delivered by a Partner Restaurant, they are solely responsible for the quality, timing, and condition of the delivery.
•    If delivery is handled by the Bhojdeal delivery team, we will strive for timely service. However, delivery times are approximate and may vary.
•    In case of a late delivery, the delivery fee will neither be voided nor refunded.

4. Prices and Payments
•    Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are based on information provided by the restaurants.
•    Final billing amounts may vary based on location, restaurant pricing, and menu changes.
•    Images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect actual food or packaging.
•    All payments must be made online at the time of checkout or at the time of delivery via supported gateways such as eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Connect IPS, and others.

5. Refund and Cancellations
•    Refunds for online payments, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours after review.
•    You will be notified via call, email or SMS regarding your refund or cancellation status.
•    Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective payment gateway (e.g., eSewa, Khalti).
•    No refund will be given solely due to delay unless the item is not delivered at all.

6. Taxes and Compliance
•    Bhojdeal.com is not responsible for validating the legal applicability or accuracy of taxes imposed by partner restaurants.
•    Each Partner Restaurant is responsible for tax invoicing, pricing, and legal compliance under Nepali law.

7. Platform Availability and Technical Errors
•    While we strive to maintain a stable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
•    We apologize for any technical or system errors that may occur.
•    Bhojdeal.com is not liable for data loss, system failure, or third-party service outages.

8. Service Locations
We currently deliver to the following zones:
•    Bharatpur
•    Gaindakot
Additional zones may be added or removed at Bhojdeal’s discretion.

9. Partner Responsibilities
•    Restaurants and delivery riders partnering with Bhojdeal must ensure timely service, food quality, and hygiene.
•    Partners are provided access to a dedicated restaurant dashboard and app for order management and tracking.

10. Third-Party Gateways
•    Bhojdeal.com uses third-party payment gateways such as eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, and Connect IPS.
•    Bhojdeal is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, or errors originating from these external platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability
•    Bhojdeal does not accept any liability for:
     1.    Food-related health issues.
     2.    Delays caused by weather, traffic, or partner negligence.
     3.    Inaccuracies in third-party content or services.

12. Changes to Terms
•    Bhojdeal reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this section regularly.

13. Governing Law
•    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
