Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged but did not receive the order.

  • The delivered order was incorrect, damaged, or incomplete.

  • The restaurant failed to prepare the order due to unavailability.

  • Order was cancelled (by Bhojdeal or restaurant) before dispatch.

Refund Processing Time

  • Online payments (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Connect IPS): Refunds may take up to 48 hours depending on the payment gateway provider.

  • We will notify you via SMS or email once your refund is initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the order was delivered late due to high traffic or weather but still fulfilled.

  • If you changed your mind after food preparation started.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, even in late deliveries.
